The Museum of Modern Art also has its restaurant! Stéphane Laurier, the former of the New restaurant, is the head of this high-end institution. The cuisine is bold, within a framework that is just as good. On the plate you will find as many surprises as on the walls of the museum. Rabbit bowl to prunes and geranium, carpaccio of bluefin tuna to wasabi, back of cod to artichauds and cerisettes… The least we can say is that we are not bored!
