When you arrive from La Terrasse, you have to take a street parallel to the tram route to find this restaurant. It is a cosy place to enjoy typical regional cuisine. The decoration of L'Amuse Café Café corresponds entirely to that of a stéphanois stopper and we eat it quite well! You will not be left out of your hunger by presenting a panel of home specialities: ocean grill (red mullet filet, Saint James, gambas), beef carpaccio and tartar, forézienne plate, escabèche sardines and beef charolais. Barbecue fans will delight with the barbecue in summer! As for other seasons, we're not getting tired of rediscovering local products with pig ears, breaded pork foot, brains, agneau, Troyes, or the perfect liver liver of crayfish. A kitchen from the provinces to eat without moderation.
