A very interesting business visit. Colour Café is a engagée and engaged shop offering a wide range of coffees from organic agriculture and fair trade. Whether you are fin, great amateur, or simply curious, do not hesitate to ask for advice, you will probably find the rare pearl to slip in your cup for a green breakfast! Like L, a fair coffee from Peru… We recommend the visit of the slow roasting workshop, think of making an appointment beforehand with the craftsman, and you will understand that the artisanal roasting requires a special technique and that the numerous wines of coffee from all over the world (arabica, robusta, Africa or Latin America) are not treated in the same way.
