Coté pain choisissez un pain plat type tradition. Il se conserve longtemps tout en restant tendre.
Coté patisserie, il y a les macarons. on vient de toute la region pour acheter les macarons de ches Marcellin. ils sont tendres et en meme temps croquants . Vous aurez le choix des macarons de toutes les couleurs et de tous les goûts.
Mais n'oublions pas la classique brioche mousseline tellement bonne et la régionale brioche aux pralines avec une forte présence de pralines et tellement gouteuse.
Il y a le long de la RN7, une pancarte qui represente des macarons, pour signaler la patisserie qui se trouve à l'intérieur du village.
