The restaurant Le Cartusien is ideally located near the Chartreuse de Sainte-Croix-en-Jarez, dating back to the xiiith century and becoming a village since the Revolution. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace and admire these ancestral buildings by enjoying a good meal with family or friends with ease. The hotel is the meeting point for the walkers, the groups of coaches, but also many of the guests.
