Located in the heart of the Unieux equestrian center, Le Savoir Fer is a pleasant contemporary restaurant set in a bucolic setting. Bistronomy cuisine is a subtle blend of traditional dishes seasoned with bold flavours. Elegantly prepared, you will love, for instance, the tartare with two salmon and celery and granny apple or the rack of lamb with herbs, the floating island in the heart of yuzu and hazelnut praline... The ingredients are fresh, seasonal and local, the meat is of Charolais origin. The wine is selected from the best local or national wines. A private room is available for private events. Petit repas en amoureux très beau cadre calme reposant,produit de qualité copieux service avec le sourire et à l'écoute des convives.un très bon foie gras je recommande reste un peu cher malgré tout
