Thirteen local farmers from the Loire, Haute-Loire and Ardèche regions have decided to open a direct sales outlet, with the support of local authorities, in the Moulin de la Fenderie. The old machines can be seen in the shop where you will find vegetables, meat, cheese, butter, ice cream, quality prepared dishes, such as homemade burgers whose recipes change regularly. Many of the products on offer come from organic farming. Loire beers, apricots in syrup from Ardèche, nettle seeds from Roche-la-Molière, red fruits from Haute-Loire and even local flowers for special occasions: there is something for everyone!
