Today the Domaine de Denise, Georges and Romain Pair, spans about hectares. For the sake of quality and respect for the environment and the consumer, the whole area is in organic culture. For quality quality the entire harvest is manually vendangée, allowing the sorting to be refined and thus transform of the irréprochables grapes. All bottled bottles take place in the area and are grown in a dozen vintages, from white Urfé wine: Chardonnay, Fou de Oak, Off piste, by AOC Côte roannaise rosé and AOC Red roannaise: Reference, N ° 6, Domaine, Clos du Puy, the roannaise coast Cuvée L'Integral and to finish Bubbles a high quality aromatic sparkling wine. The little more at your disposal, a cottage, which can accommodate up to 6 people, open all year round.
