Aurélie's wonderful welcome - also trained at Lassausaie - discretion and smile assured, a veranda ideal for an aperitif and a charming room with soothing tones, where we are presented with refined plates carefully staged by a chef passionate about the art of working with good products from here and elsewhere: fresh duck foie gras with mulled wine and his brioche with citrus zests or a lobster medallion with truffles and its truffle mayonnaise.
