Restaurant located in the heart of the vineyards of Côte-Rôtie offering a tasty cuisine to the taste of the day.

The gourmet Rhône Valley begins at this address, in the heart of the Côte-Rôtie vineyards. In the village of Ampuis, Serine's vinothèque offers around 1,400 references on its "L'Ivre de Cave", including most of the Côte-Rôtie and Rhône Valley appellations. Grand cru wines, as well as some of the smaller producers, are all great discoveries. The dining room is upstairs. The chef prepares tasty cuisine, accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine. A Bistrot rooted in its terroir, to our great delight.

I didn't manage to have a meal here but they have a wine shop which I did buy a bottle from. Great selection. Friendly, knowledgeable service.

Un vrai plaisir d'avoir découvert ce restaurant ! Un beau travail en cuisine avec de belles saveurs et un chef qui maîtrise ses plats !! Nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Les mets sont fins, la carte des vins est au rendez-vous et le service est impeccable.
Rien à redire !
Nous reviendrons à coup sur à cette adresse lors d'un prochain passage sur Ampuis.
