Restaurant offering its guests a local cuisine revisited in Bagnols.
Chef Antonin Buron offers his guests a contemporary take on local cuisine, inspired by the riches of regional markets. The majestic Salle des Gardes is the Château's main dining room. The coat of arms over the largest private Gothic fireplace in France commemorates the royal visit of Charles VIII in 1490. Guests enjoy refined gastronomic cuisine that takes them on a stroll through the gardens. Porcelain, glassware and tablecloths in pure fil were created and crafted for the Château.
