It is no secret that the Auberge de Fond Rose lost its star in a red guide at the same time that it was sold to the Bocuse group. One has little relationship with the other, the restaurant being in "difficulty" before, but the Smart prefers to put "on standby" this address waiting to see the transformations announced. The chef's chef Gérard Vignat remains at the helm of the kitchens, a table that should look like a brewery, to the image of other cardinal points.

Le cadre est très agréable mais la prestation n’est pas à la hauteur.
Le service plus que décevant, obligé de réclamer ses plats qui sont très longs à arriver.

De l'autre côté de la Saône par rapport à l'Ouest, autre Brasserie Bocuse. Dans un parc arboré, parking à l'intérieur, un bâtiment moderne avec terrasse a été adossé à l'ancienne bâtisse : belle assiette, plats succulents. Plus qu'une simple brasserie! les prix sont corrects pour une cuisine de qualité. A essayer...

Très bon restaurant de la chaine Paul Bocuse.
Service impeccable et sérieux.
Les plats sont goûteux et bien présentés.
Le rapport qualité/prix est correct, mais les tarifs du dimanche sont assez élevés.
Je le recommande tout de même.
I expected a welcome and a more interesting. The meal was good but without the " plus" that you would expect from a restaurant of this standing. Too bad!
