The wonderful thing about Guy Lassausaie is that he has retained the charm of the family inn founded in 1906, while adding his own personal touch. In the heart of the village of Chasselay, in a tastefully renovated setting, superb plates in a very personal style, like this steamed lobster with cider vinegar, crisp salad, granny smith apple and fennel. Selected delicatessen products and catered dishes to take away a little of the Lassausaie magic.
