From the Marches to the sky, what is more normal? To achieve them, nothing simpler.

On the kitchen side, Alex kept his hand and still prepares good dishes - home made, of course - adapted to seasons from fresh and quality products: XXL salads this summer, cannelloni with ricotta, burger home with its old mustard sauce, famous Milanese veal Steak, Andalusian tartar, Jacques walnut risotto or a pata of pata negra, not forgetting the tiramisu to spéculoos.
