Restaurant to savor the cuisine of a man from the Southwest, Georgy, in Dardilly.
With its mischievous air of a village café in the heart of Dardilly, the Bol d'Air could well resemble an institution, minus the "serious" side. What we do seriously at the Bol d'Air is a cuisine made with the best products on the market. So, you have to settle down in Victor's shade (nothing dubious, just sit at the foot of the chestnut tree that jealously watches over the shade of the terrace) or in a deliciously vintage room to savour the cuisine of a man from the South-West. Georgy, a native of Castelnaudary, offers us a cassoulet from time to time (only from October to May, otherwise sacrilege), but always proposes an authentic cuisine based on fresh products. No real permanent menu, but a slate which varies according to the arrivals and the seasons. It is therefore difficult to tell you exactly what you will be able to eat with great pleasure, but why not home-made Saint-Guénolé sardines in escabèche or a home-made Andalusian gazpacho and manchego shavings? Very nice wine list, especially organic wines, while the Bol d'Air is also a wine merchant offering wines to take away. Normal, with 100 wine references on the menu! Every 20th of the month, wine is still in the spotlight at a festive evening. A Bol d'Air more than ever recommended.
