In the centre of Caudataires, the Cabalesta takes us to the small Italian villages, where the kitchen does not cheat with tradition. Cabaleta means "Arc-en-ciel" in Piedmontese dialect for an address that offers French cuisine only to the menus of the day. Yolande, the owner of the places in the kitchen, is a pure Italian who makes a point of only working fresh products and preparing homemade dishes. Whether you settle in the large and pleasant air-conditioned room or on the quiet garden side terrace, the same map of authenticity is discovered. Of course, we start with the wide choice of pizzas with original recipes, such as this Félicia, the name of Yolande's grandmother, made up of fresh tomatoes, garlic, parsley, parmesan, pecorino, olive oil and oregano. We also love to choose 2 of the 4 cheeses of its pizza from the same name, between gorgonzola, dough, roquefort or the goat according to its preferences. If the pizzas are delicious, they should not let us forget the specialities coming from small Italian villages like this wonderful Macaronade to savour. Possibility to organize thematic evenings, group meals, birthday… A smart address with Italian colours.
