The restaurant of the Hotel du Lac welcomes you in a large and luminous room, or on the terrace during the summer season. In both cases, you will enjoy the view of the valley, and between the trees, of the lake. The cuisine combines tradition and refinement. The products are generally local, like the Brunhes charcuterie from Laroquebrou. But the chef also uses less Cantalien ingredients such as gambas (with turmeric), sea fish or exotic fruits. The icing on the cake: the possibility of using the hotel's swimming pool.
