On the slopes, Stephan and Florence don't flatter tourists, but they do keep alive the best traditions of hospitality and cuisine. In an incredible setting built up over the 23 years they've been open, they've managed to retain that simple, popular feel that so many Lyonnais addresses lack. Close-knit tables for getting to know each other, conviviality without fuss, old-fashioned crockery and sincere cooking by an owner proud of his Bresse origins, with an unmissable gaude soup.
