Perpetuating the spirit of Lyon's bouchons, with their emphasis on simplicity and conviviality, Isabelle and Laura have tackled the excess fat found in many of Lyon's specialties. A contemporary vision of the bouchon, offering home-style, local cuisine free of excess fat. A parade of salad bowls and the inevitable boudin croustille with apples and herb salad. Wines in the spirit of sharing for a good time.
