Restaurant proposing a cuisine free of its superfluous fat in Lyon.

Historically, in bouchons as at home..., women were at the stove and men at the counter! Perpetuating the spirit of Lyon's bouchons, with their emphasis on simplicity and conviviality, Isabelle and Laura have tackled the excess fat found in many of Lyon's specialties. A contemporary vision of the bouchon, offering home-style, local cuisine free of excess fat. A parade of salad bowls and the inevitable boudin croustille with apples and herb salad. Wines in the spirit of sharing for a good time.

Soirée exceptionnelle dans ce bouchon où le menu très généreux et incroyablement bon. L'accueil est sensationnel, le personnel est chaleureux ! Il n'est pas courant d'aller dans un restaurant où on nous propose d'eux même un doggy bag pour ne pas perdre une miette de ce succulent repas. Une attention particulière est donné aux gaspillages et les serviettes en tissus réutilisable dans les toilettes sont très appréciables ! Je recommande vivement cette adresse !

Cibo dagli abbinamenti deliziosi , ho mangiato davvero molto bene , c’erano dei contrasti tra dolce e salato equilibratissimi? il locale è davvero molto piccolo i tavoli sono quasi uniti tra di loro , i camerieri sono gentili forse lavorano in modo frettoloso e sembrano stressati .
