Historically, in bouchons as at home..., women were at the stove and men at the counter! Perpetuating the spirit of Lyon's bouchons, with their emphasis on simplicity and conviviality, Isabelle and Laura have tackled the excess fat found in many of Lyon's specialties. A contemporary vision of the bouchon, offering home-style, local cuisine free of excess fat. A parade of salad bowls and the inevitable boudin croustille with apples and herb salad. Wines in the spirit of sharing for a good time.

Excellent bouchon tenu par des filles, à Lyon ou il y a depuis tres longtemps la culture des "Mères". L'accueil est sympa et très souriant. Les plats revisités et les déserts sont délicieux. C'est à Lyon dans un quartier discrèt.

excellent. Un bouchon tenu par des filles. Ce n'est pas exceptionnel à Lyon ou il y a depuis tres longtemps la culture des "Mères". L'accueil est sans égal. Les plats delicieux. C'est à Lyon dans une rue discrète.
