The history of Les Fédés goes back over 150 years! In the most authentic of settings - undoubtedly the oldest bouchon in Lyon - every meal is a page in Lyon's gourmet history. The excellent Jean-Luc Plasse and Bruno Boutareaud are at the helm of this institution, perpetuating the best local traditions with specialities such as andouillette with veal strawberry, quenelle of pike with langoustine sauce and tarte à la praline. A festive atmosphere after a few glasses of Morgon cuvée maison.

je me réjouissais d y aller pour la première fois. Je n y remettrais plus les pieds.
Excellentes lyonnaiseries accompagnées d'excellents vins du crû.
Un petit bémol : la sauce aux langoustines, assez forte en goût par nature, tue un peu le goût beaucoup plus fin de la quenelle de brochet.
