The history of Les Fédés goes back over 150 years! In the most authentic of settings - undoubtedly the oldest bouchon in Lyon - every meal is a page in Lyon's gourmet history. The excellent Jean-Luc Plasse and Bruno Boutareaud are at the helm of this institution, perpetuating the best local traditions with specialities such as andouillette with veal strawberry, quenelle of pike with langoustine sauce and tarte à la praline. A festive atmosphere after a few glasses of Morgon cuvée maison.

C'est ça Lyon l'esprit bouchon, les bons plats lyonnais comme on les aime , tête de veau sauce ravigote un régal avec un Morgan qui va bien et la convivialité du service dans un cadre bien sympa merci pour ce moment ami du cochons !!

Who does not know the bouchon in Lyon has me T called arriving at Lyon, newcomer my curiosity went to this Bouchon, on arrival the displayed sausages sets the tone, yum we have fact feasts, they were super nice, the lyon conviviality in this place has charm you. Thank you Yves.
