Au Petit Bouchon Chez Georges is one of the best preservers of Lyon's culinary traditions. Since 1960, this small but charming bouchon has been a haven for happy feasting. Nicolas Framinet and Romain Camous perpetuate good eating and drinking from early morning, with the possibility of chewing every day from 9am. Generosity and flavors on a menu of Lyonnais specialties, from poultry liver cake to pike quenelle with lobster sauce and sapper's apron. A wine list that's off the beaten track.

Critics I read are not misled! Very good lyon has not changed! it was the first time that I have been eating in a lyon has not changed. One lys many things on the jams of which you will find many jams catch tourist, left yourself tempted by this has not changed and was not be disappointed! a warm welcome, very nice waitress, very friendly! The chef who comes to make us a small cuckoo in room! family atmosphere. Typical dishes, goods and copious. An old and typical decor as you imagine:) in a word: conquered!

My favourite among the lyon jams (and I almost all experienced them!): the lyon specialities are excellent and the gargantuan portions, the welcome is warm and advice; small more: setting, a reference to the past and layout that allows you to create bond with other lovers of this type of place ..........
