In Lyon more than anywhere else, "tête de lard" can be the nicest of compliments or a dirty invitation! An authentic bouchon in form and substance. A cool terrace on a traffic-free street, with red and white checkered tablecloths, and a picturesque dining room that pays homage to the pig. An authentic chef, Yoann Blanc, trained in Lyon's best bouchons, perpetuates the good taste of tradition while adding a personal touch. On the daily menu, classic dishes are never fatty, but generously served, such as this wonderful veal tongue ravigote (not often found). Quality regional wine list.
