Crêperie with terrace serving excellent homemade crêpes and galettes made with organic produce.
The air from the Saône isn't exactly iodized, and the view over Fourvière reminds us that we're in Lyon. However, Breizh Café takes us to the west of France. Created by Bertrand Larcher, the son of a Breton farmer who wanted to give pride of place to local produce, particularly buckwheat, and traditional recipes for galettes and crêpes. A beautiful urban terrace and a large, welcoming dining room serve up home-made specialities based on the finest produce (a commitment to short circuits and organic farming). Buckwheat galettes - including one with Guémené andouille sausage... -, original Breizh rolls and specialty crêpes. Breton ciders and good cheer.
