Restaurant offering excellent Neapolitan pizzas in Lyon.

Excellent Neapolitan pizzas. A know-how brought back to the top of the slopes by a lovely young woman in a pizzeria that shakes up codes while respecting tradition. A beautiful bluish façade, a friendly atmosphere and, above all, an oven "made in Naples" with Maria written on it. A very short menu - 5 pizzas, including an unforgettable Sanita - for maximum quality with local products or direct from Italy. Dough made with love, Italian flour, slow fermentation... Don't resist the temptation (what's more, delivery is available on certain days).

J’en ai mangé beaucoup de pizzas à Lyon et celle de Maria. est largament la meilleure de toutes.

La Sanita (Margherita) c’est tout ce qu’on attend d’une bonne pizza napolitaine. Une pâte bien hydraté et cuite à la perfection, une sauce tomate de dingue et une mozzarella avec plein de saveur.

Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce restaurant en descendant les pentes, et nous avons très bien mangé. La pizza et la mozza (il n'y avait plus de burrata alors on nous a proposé une mozza a la place et une réduction du prix) étaient très très bonnes, les ingrédients qualitatifs, la glace était super aussi.
Tout le personnel était impeccable ???? on reviendra avec plaisir
