While the pizza recipe remains Italian, HAPE proves that it's possible to make a really good pizza using seasonal produce from the shortest possible supply chains. On a light, well-fermented dough kneaded on site, HAPE offers 3 bases - tomato coulis, crème fraîche and butternut squash caviar - topped with quality products for pizzas that are both delicious and responsible. The result is pizzas of character with quirky names like this vegan Guylène Farmer, this Coppa comme cochon or a Tell me truffe that's so gourmet and totally vegetarian. Other pleasures include ravioli recipes in the same spirit. HAPE Happy!
