A maki is never just a roll of nori seaweed surrounding white rice seasoned with sweet rice vinegar and stuffed with whatever you want! And therein lies Adrien and Etienne's genius idea to invent the local and seasonal maki. Quality French products: salmon trout gravlax, pulled pork, fresh cheese... Ideal to take away, these gourmet pieces offer seasonal compositions, like this maki of the mountains with goat's milk and caviar of seasonal vegetables. Truly amazing. Another delight, the Donburis. Un plat (Domburi Super Lipopette) aux saveurs qui se marient parfaitement bien. Les produits sont frais et locaux : un vrai régal pour les papilles !
Service qualitatif et chaleureux. Les plats sont bien expliqués.

Ce petit resto propose des déclinaisons avec des produits locaux de plats japonais (makis, donburi).
J'ai apprécié le donburi "Truite et poule", excellent, très frais et bien garni., ainsi que la panacotta avec rhubarbe et coulis de framboise en dessert.
Service agréable.
Tres bon rapport qualité/prix avec la remise The Fork.
