And therein lies Adrien and Etienne's genius idea to invent the local and seasonal maki. Quality French products: salmon trout gravlax, pulled pork, fresh cheese... Ideal to take away, these gourmet pieces offer seasonal compositions, like this maki of the mountains with goat's milk and caviar of seasonal vegetables. Truly amazing. Another delight, the Donburis. Une magnifique découverte ! Un restaurant eco-responsable, 100% local et naturel, mais surtout une cuisine asiatique revisitée fine exquise ! Le service est parfait dans l’explication des valeurs du restaurant et dans la bienveillance, tout ça a des prix tout aussi délicieux ! L’endroit est cosy et chaleureux on s’y sent comme à la maison !
