Restaurant offering a menu that changes daily in Lyon.
Viva Hemingway's, named after the great adventurous author who haunted bars and had to roll over in his grave at the time of confinement. It's raw and it's beautiful, from the colored tiles to the high ceiling to let us see a kitchen that likes to slum it. Seasonal menu changed daily by chef Julien Baroukh: Spanish cold cuts, Angus meat, seafood, oriental notes... Tapas and wines. Pizzas and homemade dishes, including a grilled octopus and its candied vegetables of the moment, to take away. Yet another place to share that we can't wait to get back to.
