In a fantastic setting and a listed building, with its fanciful and colourful rooms with high ceilings – ideal for a business dinner or a romantic dinner – Bruno and his delicious wife constantly surprise us by the accuracy and originality of their menu. Carefully selecting all his products and wines as well, this cuisine passionate and trained by great establishments perfectly combines Asian touches and seasonal products of our terroirs. At lunchtime, we enjoy a daily special different each time, but you can also immerse yourself in the menu with a fish ceviche and nasturtium leaves, salsa verde or goat's cheese panaccotta, grilled leeks and vernal vegetables. Next, a roasted veal escalope with lemon, fried asparagus, green oil or a minute fried quail fillet, potatoes with speck and beetroot juice. For the end, a creamy chocolate browned with truffle. A unique place where you can meet, in a totally guarranted discretion, personalities and actors, but where everyone feels at ease thanks to Bonâme de Bruno.
