There are addresses Lyon residents rarely thinks of, for lack of visibility. We barely know that on the first floor of this one, in a very pleasant nature setting within walking distance from the bustle of the city centre, there is a café-restaurant that has the good taste to offer buffets on Sundays. You can settle with your head in the trees, facing the balustrade and you discover a nice menu for a gourmet visit. The products are stamped by Lyon good addresses: melon soup and ham with truffle; rocket salad, burrata, tomato and speck; beef tartare in classical or Italian version; a salmon steak, fresh tagliatelles and seasonal vegetables; to be finished with a praline tart or a homemade chocolate fondant. An address finally little known by Lyonnais who will delight all the smart people who want to discover it.
