A restaurant where you can discover plant-based cuisine using seasonal produce, created by chef Bastian Ruga, a great address in Lyon.

Best place! Because in Lyon, more than anywhere else, gastronomy has to be reinvented. Chef Bastian Ruga and his partner Agathe Drevet in the dining room, sommelier Gordon Jacob and second chef Magalie Metzger are part of this new generation who, by shaking up codes and asserting their personalities, are creating a new gastronomy. Alternative, uninhibited, call it what you will, but above all, taste it! Plant-based cuisine featuring the finest seasonal produce in dishes as bewildering as they are enchanting. Blind discovery of dishes to be enjoyed to the accompaniment of a groovy playlist. It's the best thing that could have happened to us.

Un moment exquis partagé entre amis. Tout était parfait . Les plats les boissons l' accueil l ambiance. On sent la passion  qui anime tous les membres de cette jeune et charmante équipe. N hesitez pas une seule seconde,  allez découvrir cette cuisine originale et savoureuse.

Un lieu simple à taille humaine, sans chichi et une équipe au top. De l'assiette au service, rien à redire, tout était parfait.
