Within the walls of Lyon's most famous restaurant, the iconic Mère Brazier, chef Mathieu Viannay continues to write the finest pages in Lyon gastronomy. Nothing has changed here, but everything changes with each new menu. The chef and his assistant Olivier Reverdy create new dishes using seasonal produce and their inspiration of the moment. Serveuses et serveurs aux petits soins, nous accompagnant dans nos plats avec des présentations qui nous ont fait saliver avant de savourer de succulents plats . Un mot BRAVO. Excellente adresse. Merci.

Un repas exceptionnel avec des plats très raffinés et finement dosés.
Nous avons pris le menu 10 plats, c'est une très bonne expérience. Le vin conseillé a été excellent. Pas de stress pour manger :)

chez Mathieu VIANNAY, c'est toujours parfait.
mériterait un troisième macaron pour LYON avec Paul BOCUSE qui aurait du le conserver même si les établissements en tant que tel, ne peuvent pas être comparé hors la cuisine.

L'institution de la mère Brazier, un des monuments de la gastronomie lyonnaise. J'étaos curieux de savoir comment allait se mélanger modernité et traditions. Les papilles et les yeux ont été éblouis par tant de délicatesse et précisions. Une visite du chef dans la salle fut la bienvenue et montre l'attention qu'il porte à ses convives. Le service est impeccable et est un ode au voyage où nous n'avons plus qu'à se laisser porter et déguster. Une bien belle table qui demande à se rencontrer de nouveau.
