Le Bouchon Bourguignon is the second restaurant in the beautiful Hôtel Greuze. Chef Yohann Chapuis excels at combining traditional and contemporary, terroir and refinement. In addition to his gastronomic restaurant, he offers a local cuisine that is both gourmet and convivial, to be enjoyed with friends over a good bottle of wine if you feel like it. It's Burgundian cooking with a few borrowings, as the name of the cork indicates, from typical Lyon dishes.

Très déçu par cette deuxième visite, nous n’y retournerons plus. Dommage.
J’ai eu le plaisir de déguster le tartare de bœuf préparé au couteau dans les règles de l’art, avec une pointe de fantaisie pour l’œuf crémeux avec ce petit goût fumé magnifique !
Le pâté en croûte aussi, les vins, les desserts étaient au top.
Vous pouvez confiez vos papilles à la maison Chapuis les yeux fermés, parole de fin bec ????
Tant d’autres le méritait alors pourquoi eux ???
