Le Bouchon Bourguignon is the second restaurant in the beautiful Hôtel Greuze. Chef Yohann Chapuis excels at combining traditional and contemporary, terroir and refinement. In addition to his gastronomic restaurant, he offers a local cuisine that is both gourmet and convivial, to be enjoyed with friends over a good bottle of wine if you feel like it. It's Burgundian cooking with a few borrowings, as the name of the cork indicates, from typical Lyon dishes.

50 % étaient immangeables (Voir la photo). Le chef dans sa toute puissance qui se présente comme champion du monde face au client, je cite : "qui n'y connaît rien". Bref, la dite entrecôte est revenue telle quelle comme on aurait pu la resservir à un enfant récalcitrant ! Même si l'argent, je cite toujours : "n'est pas un problème", la moitié du prix nous a été facturé.
Ne changez rien Monsieur. De notre côté nous vous avons déjà oublié.

La mise en bouche avec l'apéritif était très bien.
Endroit recommandé dans hésitation.
Si vous passez à Toulon, n'hésitez pas à y aller.
