With the aim of bringing nature back to the city, Canopée invites you to discover a room with plant-covered walls and ceilings, where you can enjoy a shared cuisine with a focus on plants, while still being perfectly suited to carnivores. Tastefully prepared local and regional products from seasonal markets, such as Clavisy pork. While you can choose from the à la carte menu, you can also opt for a tasting menu to share with the whole table (from 2 people). A new lunchtime option makes the Canopée more accessible.

Les légumes sont mis en avant. Il y a des plats classiques et d’autres un peu plus originaux : chacun trouvera ce qui lui convient.
