The pig has long been the totem animal of Lyon and of this restaurant. But the good thing about Lyon, as with Le Cochon qui boit, is that we live more in the present than in the past, and while tradition is alive and well, we love it more when it's shaken up! Chef Nicolas Lhote never fails to tantalize the taste buds with dishes based on the finest regional produce available, according to the season. The organic lamb is raised in the Haute-Loire region, and is prepared to order. When it comes to producers' wines, it's Tristan who takes the lead. This deeply human Cochon is one of those sure-fire names who know how to surprise us.

Nuestro grupo acabó seleccionando todos los platos y pudimos probarlo todo. No había nada que no fuese delicioso, tanto en sabor como en aroma.
La carta de vinos, principalmente de la reunión es muy moderada en precio pero alta en calidad. Adicionalmente, cuentan con una gama muy diversa de cervezas de autor.
