A Grisbi that touched us with its velvety paw. A place beautifully inspired by the speakeasies of the American Prohibition era, yet with an elegant French touch. Lovely welcome and service from a team of professional cocktail specialists. In this universe blending cinema, music (excellent by the way), architecture and interior design, we keep coming back to taste the 4 seasonal menus and enjoy the perfect cocktail to suit our mood. A must-try is "le digeo gourmand", a homemade pastry accompanied by a top-of-the-range digestif. Cocktail classes and mixology workshops, spirits tasting evenings. A Grisbi is also available for private hire.

Owner's Message
Le Grisbi is a cocktail bar halfway between the inspiration of a social club and an art gallery. The visual and acoustic ambience enhances our seasonal cocktail menus. An atypical concept using only fresh seasonal produce, 100% homemade syrups and juices on a premium alcohol base sourced exclusively in France (mainland France and French overseas departments and territories).
A musical style that draws its strength from North American hip-hop culture, through to more "jazz and groovy" sounds. Every Tuesday, come and enjoy a good cigar accompanied by a few "nugget" bottles.
You can also call on us for cocktail workshops and tastings during masterclasses, as well as for future private events. We've also got something to settle the stomachs of those who don't just want to "eat liquid".
