Les Culottes Longues is one of Lyon's best bouchons for the art of entertaining, with Audrey in the dining room, and the art of cooking, with the excellent David Cano in the kitchen. Just a stone's throw from Bellecour, this restaurant doesn't dabble in folklore, but perpetuates the spirit of Lyon's bouchons. You'll eat well here, and you'll soon be on first-name terms with your table-mate. An astonishing spiral staircase in the middle of the room leads up to paradise. Even if paradise is already in the generous plates of seasonal ingredients. Good humor and Lyonnais specialties, such as the sweetbread and kidney duo for which the restaurant is famous. Excellent wine list, especially Beaujolais. Top cork.

Les dessert trop beaucoup trop sucré mais l'entré et le plat sont excellents et fait maison
Le personnel est au top et la cuisine est bien au delà de la plupart des restaurants de Lyon.
C'est sûr et certain, nous reviendrons très vite.
Tout est frais et bon. Le chef, jovial et engageant nous donne envie de goûter sa cuisine. Le petit salé aux lentilles étaiet délicieux, les desserts copieux étaient dignes de grands patissiers. Service rapide et souriant de la patronne qui maîtrise parfaitement les vins régionaux.
