Restaurant offering an excellent quality-price ratio in Lyon.
Le Vivarais is a beautiful region (roughly the Ardèche of today), but also an authentic Lyon gourmet institution opened in 1917! Chef Williams Jacquier, one of France's Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, has brought a Richelieu pâté en croûte with foie gras, Belle Époque calf's head, the traditional house-style pike quenelle with Nantua sauce, spit-roasted piglet or belle époque calf's head up to date. The Marché menu offers excellent value for money. A classic not to be missed.
