Palais Grillet, a bouchon that happily combines the recipes of Lyon's mothers and the expertise of a Maître Restaurateur - with two wonderful chefs in the kitchen - to bring traditional dishes up to date. Warm rooms all the way up to the first floor, a family atmosphere, generous and tasty home cooking, with a range of specialties made with quality products, from excellent pâté croûte and terrines to home-made tarte praline. A suggestion: frogs in parsley sauce with cream. A corker for the most discerning palates.

Les plats étaient tout simplement délicieux, mettant en valeur les saveurs authentiques de la cuisine lyonnaise. Chaque bouchée était un véritable régal pour les papilles,
Parmi les plats que j'ai eu le plaisir de déguster, le célèbre "cervelle de canut" ou les "Oeuf en Meurette" ou "le ris de veau"
c'était bon, je reviendrai certainement dès que possible. !!!
