Restaurant proposing a kitchen composed of good products in Lyon.

This year, it's a bit of a revolution in Lyon's best bouchons. And Le Jura is one of those institutions turning a page in its history. After 49 years of service, Brigitte Josserand (and her son Benoit) are bowing out. A mother from Lyon is stepping down, leaving the place and the stoves to a new generation by handing over this legendary establishment and its walls steeped in history to the team behind Édouard Baudin's excellent Val d'Isère. We look forward to savouring the specialities of a house that is the guardian of good taste à la lyonnaise, with its homemade terrine, its pike quenelle with Nantua sauce or its andouillette with veal strawberry. The story continues.

Excellent bouchon lyonnais !

On the advice of Jean-Luc Petitrenaud I discovered this real " ; lyonnais" has not changed.
I do not disavow authentic side with decor (rustic), the owner, who " gueule" and the waiter which grumbles all the time (after the chef).
As 12:10 it is crowded: regular fort comes from a long time and showcases for 20 minutes a menu that they know by heart.
It must be very good except that I did not good choice while wanting to enjoy the council of Petitrenaud: the apron of sapper (menu).
Disappointed by my choice and bill (€33.70: too savoury while I did not take wine).
But I want to go back to try frogs way " Dombes".
A place " except for " among the lyon jams. You will " as a mamie" between old photos and old crockery but in a very fancy setting... And you are warned blackboard: " for squeezed people, there is McDo". That said, the dishes are served quite quickly and are original! Little marvel for dessert: salad orange to the grenadine!
