At the foot of one of the new buildings of Confluence with the amazing metal facade, what a pleasure to discover Confluence Sushi. A stone's throw from Pôle de Commerces et de Loisirs de Confluence and the banks of the Saône, this restaurant brings its touch of delicacy and friendliness to the locals, but also to all smart people who are passing by. Opened by an alumnus of Sushi Shop, Confluence Sushi makes all its dishes using fresh ingredients, delivered daily. The menu temptatiously reinvents the classics we love: sashimi, california rolls, tataki, maki, gunkan and of course delicious sushi. At lunchtime, complete menus for only €11– the chance of a lifetime in the neighbourhood as far as the quality of the products is concerned– and in the evening, platters to organise an evening with your partner or friends.
