Pizzeria in the city with a friendly atmosphere in Lyon.

Chez Carlo is part of our gourmet landscape, since it was the very first pizzeria to open in Lyon in 1958. And although the façade has been embellished and modernized, Chez Carlo still offers a picturesque decor, with rooms on either side of a traboule. From the terrace to the rooms, as warm as the service, Chez Carlo offers a home-style cuisine full of flavors, with famous pasta with summer white truffles, Milanese escalope with French veal, the chef's pasta or risotto with saffron and scallops, not forgetting the unmissable artisan wood-fired pizzas or coffee tiramisu. Chez Carlo is all about Italy in Lyon.

Accueil souriant,service efficace,la serveuse était particulièrement sympathique,bonnes pizzas,bonnes bières,bons desserts,tout parfait dans une ambiance douillette.

Ahh, Chez Carlo !
Les pizzas y sont bonnes, c'est d'ailleurs uniquement sur ce plat que je peux donner mon avis, n'ayant jamais goûté les autres spécialités...
La pâte est fine, les ingrédients sont frais et la préparation est faite en direct sous vos yeux : le pizzaiolo et le four sont juste en face de vous dans la salle.
La déco est également originale : de vieilles radios exposées sur des étagères.
Une bonne adresse sur la presqu'île pour un bon repas.

Italian cuisine is one of those who I venerate (French, north african or Asian). Go, frankly, will not make you from! And their cooked au gratin ravioli, it is... Hummmm! antipasti salad with mushrooms box, tomato below everything in this high season, with bread closer to the cardboard than by baguettes.Pizza just decent for very small eater.We did not try the desserts.
