Chez Carlo is part of our gourmet landscape, since it was the very first pizzeria to open in Lyon in 1958. And although the façade has been embellished and modernized, Chez Carlo still offers a picturesque decor, with rooms on either side of a traboule. From the terrace to the rooms, as warm as the service, Chez Carlo offers a home-style cuisine full of flavors, with famous pasta with summer white truffles, Milanese escalope with French veal, the chef's pasta or risotto with saffron and scallops, not forgetting the unmissable artisan wood-fired pizzas or coffee tiramisu.
