A funny name that refers to a tuna, the fish, not an ugly man, found in some of Signature Poke's compositions. But the best thing about Skipjack is that you can compose your own poke using vegetables, proteins, sides, sauces - including an excellent leche de tigre - toppings and a few extras for the hungrier eaters. You're immersed in the decor, the welcome is adorable and the service particularly efficient. Home-made drinks and plain cheesecake. Events version of Skipjack for your receptions.
