Restaurant associated with the butcher's shop Bello in Lyon.

At B.L.O., you'll find the excellent Frédéric Bello, a butcher by trade, passionate by nature, who brings to the table the finest cuts of meat, cut to order and cooked by an expert chef. The choice is yours: traditional beef onglet, Irish beef tomahawk, sweetbread fricassee or Texan beef rib. All served with fries or seasonal vegetables. Even rarer cuts from the cellar, such as this Wagyu, Rubia Gallega or Limousine. Excellent wine list.

Le meilleur restaurant de France. Des serveurs top, la sommelière excellente, les cuisiner de même ! Une viande incroyable, tendre et goûteuse. Deux visites dans le B.L.O est jamais déçu. Cette adresse est incontournable pour les amateurs de bonne viande et les bons-vivants. C’est un sans faute.

Nous y sommes allées pour déjeuner entre collègues.
Le repas était délicieux, les portions généreuses et le vin accompagnait très bien ce que nous avions commandé.
La décoration est très réussi, on s'y sent bien.
Le service est excellent et le serveur parlait très bien anglais pour notre collègue.
