L'ATELIER DU SQUARE
Another novelty, since the summer of 2017...., which goes beyond the limits of the genre. In a somewhat forgotten street in the hyper-centre (against the Cordeliers car park), here is an address that feels good. Designed by chef Guy Benayoun, it combines all the pleasures of the palace in a grocery store, a place for tasting and dining. It is this last point that caught our attention. Short menu, dishes made from local, fresh and seasonal products, quality of a cuisine made before our eyes, since the tables - including a table d'hôtes - are in the kitchen. A very trendy urban universe and quality cuisine for an address that breaks codes with pleasure.
